3 Bags Full is a non profit organisation based in Grey Lynn, Auckland. Its purpose is to create futures for Māori and Pacific youth by drawing on experience in the education and employment sectors, its kaupapa and its own cultural stories. The team provides digital education programmes, employment support and recruitment. Many of its people have walked the same path the rangatahi they work with are navigating today, and empathy and understanding shape their work with students, candidates and clients.
