Advanced Fitness delivers an exclusive complete personal coaching and training service. We work with you to shape and define your health and fitness goals and provide you with the guidance and personal support to empower you to achieve them successfully.

Advanced Fitness operates from the Worcester Health Club, Worcester Boulevard Christchurch CBD, and uses multiple locations around Christchurch city for our outdoor group programmes. We work onsite with organisations to deliver education programmes centred around staff wellbeing and performance.
