I'm Aleina Beer. Growing up on a sheep farm in Northern Southland instilled in me a strong work ethic and a love for the outdoors. With over 20 years of competitive sports experience and a background in high jump, I earned a Bachelor’s in Sport and Therapeutic Massage Therapy from the Southern Institute of Technology in 2019, and I continually update my skills with advanced dry-needling training to offer personalised care.
