Altitude Recruitment

Altitude Recruitment was built to take a more strategic approach to legal recruitment.

I specialise in representing ambitious Mid to Partner level lawyers and partnering with firms that value long term alignment over short term placements.

This is not a volume model.

It is a selective, reputation led service focused on career longevity and retention.
