Apache

Apache is a takeaway and dine-in restaurant in Wellington serving Northern Vietnamese hawker street food with French touches. The menu balances five fundamental Vietnamese flavours, spicy, sour, bitter, salty and sweet, using ingredients like Angus beef, free range pork and chicken. Dishes are designed to be shared. They offer drinks carefully selected from local breweries and wineries, and cater for private functions and set banquet menus for groups of 10 or more.
