At Back Into Balance Family Chiropractic, we provide ACC-registered spine and extremity care with a passion for isolating root causes of musculoskeletal conditions. Techniques include specific joint adjustments, soft-tissue treatment, trigger point therapy, exercises, and specific postural and nutritional advice.

We address many problems in addition to neck and low back pain, including shoulders, the jaw (TMJ), hips, ankles, pelvis, and musculoskeletal issues throughout pregnancy.

Brooke and Jonathan are chiropractors working in Christchurch since 2005 and from the Leinster road Merivale clinic since August 2011. Both trained in Applied Kinesiology, and Brooke has nutritional training through the Australasian College of Natural and Environmental Medicine.
