Best Mortgages

Best Mortgages Independent mobile mortgage broker serving Tauranga and the wider Bay of Plenty, run by Eddie Biesenbach. About Best Mortgages is run by Eddie Biesenbach, an independent mortgage adviser with more than twenty years of lending experience. Based in Matua, Eddie helps clients across Tauranga, the wider Bay of Plenty and throughout New Zealand, with flexible phone, online and in-person appointments. Every enquiry is handled by Eddie himself rather than passed to junior staff, and he compares a panel of more than sixteen bank and non-bank lenders rather than working to any one bank's criteria. Clients range from first home buyers and people refixing or refinancing through to property investors, self-employed borrowers with complex income, and people who have already been declined elsewhere. Advice is free for most clients because the lender pays the adviser fee.
