Bill Farrington Orthopaedic Surgeon

Mr Bill Farrington is a highly respected orthopaedic surgeon based in Auckland, New Zealand, with years of experience in diagnosing and treating knee and hip injuries. He is known for his patient-focused care, precision in surgical techniques, and commitment to helping people return to full function and activity. He qualified in London at St Mary's Hospital Medical School in 1992 and worked in the UK, Australia and South Africa as a Junior Doctor in varying surgical specialities. He then completed his specialist Orthopaedic training in the South West of England. He came to New Zealand in 2003 to pursue his interest in joint replacement surgery as a Fellow, and then as a Consultant. At this time he also developed an interest in computer navigation surgery.
