Cilantro Cheese is a micro artisan cheese company located in Hamilton. We specialise in goat's milk and our products are handmade following traditional methods. Our aim with Cilantro is to create beautiful artisanal goods in a socially and environmentally sustainable way, while being able to experiment on new variations of traditional cheese making techniques.
