Welcome to Direct Furniture Outlet. We’re a furniture clearance warehouse that buys end-of-line and excess stock that would normally end up in the big box furniture stores here and in Australia.

Lounge suites, bedroom furniture, outdoor furniture, living room pieces — the lot. But instead of going through layers of retail mark-up, we sell it directly to you. Which means much sharper prices and no six-week waits. If you like it, you can take it home that day.

No flash showrooms. No expensive carpet. No corporate head office telling us what to charge. Just a big open, family-owned warehouse and the sharpest prices we can manage. Sometimes up to 70% off normal retail.

There is one small catch though. because most of our stock is clearance, we usually only get one or two of each item.

So if you see something you love, don’t think about it too long — someone else probably will.

New stock arrives regularly and every visit is a little different — that’s part of the fun!
