Eco Workshop is an Architectural Design studio. Eco Workshop has specialised in the disaster repair over the previous 8 years and is now focusing on residential alterations and new builds to improve the quality of life for their clients. Eco Workshop has recently undertaken new ownership, this transition has given a new life to the business as the new owners endeavour to make every project their best. All the new owners are also staff which means everyone in the office has invested interest in both the projects and the clients. The clients are the top priority for the team and Eco Workshop is committed to going above and beyond to get the best results for their clients. Eco Workshop has the ability to work through a project from the brief through to building consent and then further to assist with any construction issues that may arise. Eco Workshop strives to work alongside their clients to give them their dream home, whether this is a removal of a wall to create open living, full interior alterations, re-clad the outside or new build Eco Workshop is here to help the client first and foremost. Eco Workshop client base is residential home owners and developers. Previously completing over 1000 consents we aim to have a professional relationship with the client while providing them the high level of competence. Our range of drawings come in many shapes and sizes. Eco Workshop can produce 2 D drawings for consents as well as produce 3 D plans for the client to do a virtual walk through of their home to ensure they are getting everything they desire. Drawings can be upwards of 40 sheets, however Eco Workshop provides transparent information so the client can get an understanding for what they are looking at. Eco Workshop produces majority of their designs and drawings on Archi CAD, this is a 3 D based drawings that allows for the entire site and house to be modelled and represented correctly. The importance of this process is so the Architectural Designer can find all the junctions and details required to make the build process as smooth as possible. Although the build is out of Eco Workshops control it is continuously checked in on and information or detailed required during the build are priorities to ensure a smooth process.
