Eliot Sinclair is an engineering and design firm based in Christchurch with offices across Te Waipounamu, including Nelson, Rangiora, Hokitika, Wānaka and Queenstown. They offer geotechnical, structural and civil engineering, land and hydrographic surveying, GIS, environmental and water engineering, contaminated land services, and urban design and landscape architecture. They work with property owners, developers and councils on projects ranging from home builds to large subdivisions, providing a single point of contact from initial consultation through to completion.
