Flex Fitness Howick

Located at 180 Wellington Street, Flex Fitness Howick is a brand new 800sqm gym spread over 2 floors. We cater for all fitness levels with the latest state-of-the-art equipment by Technogym, which includes a full range of pin and plate-loaded strength and cardio gear.

You can track your fitness journey using the MyFlex app, which connects with every piece of equipment so you can log your weights, sets and reps and see how many calories you burned at the end of each workout.

The bathrooms are luxury private ensuites kitted out with a rain-fall shower head and GHD dryers and straighteners. We have an 80-degree self-watering Sauna, and every member gets a Bodyscan included with their membership to get them started on their health and fitness journey.

Group coaching Skill Athletic classes are held in our purpose-built Skill Athletic studio downstairs, these classes are for those who want to learn how to lift weights using functional movements, interval training and heart rate monitors.
