G.J. Gardner Homes West Coast is an independently owned and operated franchise based in Greymouth, run by Mathew Colville of Housing West Coast Ltd. The business opened in 2013 and builds new homes across the West Coast region, including Westport, Reefton and Carters Beach. They offer a range of house designs and work with clients from initial planning through to completion.
