Hauora Tangata

Hauora Tangata is a health and wellness hub in Hamilton offering a collaborative team of hauora practitioners who provide holistic services underpinned by Māori values. The business began as Hale Health Centre in April 2016 and evolved into Hauora Tangata over time. Members can access a 24 hour Kaupapa Māori gym facility along with fitness classes, personal training, physiotherapy, massage therapy, acupuncture and cupping, rongoā, nutrition advice, exercise rehabilitation and return to mahi programmes.
