Hope River Pies is an artisan bakery in Lyttelton, run by Craig Minehan who has been baking pies for the people of Christchurch and Lyttelton for more than 18 years. Formerly the Bridge Street Bakehouse, the business is based at 10a Norwich Quay and can be found in markets and shops across Christchurch and Canterbury. Home deliveries are available within Christchurch and from Lyttelton to Governors Bay. They proudly supply a living wage.
