We have set up the perfect environment to cater for your training needs. Whether you want to lose some bodyfat and tone up, or lift some heavy weights – there are plenty of toys. Aside from the best range of equipment, we also provide nutrition advice by experts in the field. Our team is headed by Fawad Ahadi, 2 x IFBB Professional Olympian and New Zealand's IFBB Pro League Head Judge. With 20 years of experience in the fitness world, he’s dedicated to providing members with his knowledge and experience, so our team, as well as, our members can excel in achieving their fitness goals.

We also have an in-house Physiotherapist, headed by Dillon Lal and we make sure that our community is best served, no matter what their starting point is. Injured, post surgery, rehab or general maintenance, his team is dedicated in helping you!
