We are inspired by both our local suppliers and their sustainable fresh products as well as global coast lines, from New Zealand and the Pacific to Asia and beyond. Kokomo showcases coastal cuisine by marrying fresh, simple ingredients and modern cooking techniques with elements of fusion.
