Māia Collective

Māia Collective is a registered charity based in Favona, Auckland, that works to empower wāhine Māori and wāhine Pasifika and create intergenerational wellbeing. Grounded in kaupapa Māori values, it offers a tuakana-teina mentoring and coaching pathway, respite care for solo māmā, and community wānanga that support the wellbeing of whānau. Registrations are open year round, and over five years the collective has supported more than 330 wāhine across Aotearoa.
