Montfoort

Montfoort makes sweet Dutch street food using honest, fresh ingredients and traditional methods. Based in Paraparaumu, they have been baking treats since 2013, including stroopwafels and poffertjes made fresh to order. You can find their caravan at the Harbourside Market in Wellington City every Sunday, and at a pop-up next to Dark Horse Coffee on Sheffield Street in Paraparaumu on Fridays and Saturdays. They also hire the caravan out for events.
