Mt Eden Counselling & Psychotherapy

Mt Eden Counselling & Psychotherapy is a professional counselling practice in central Auckland, run by two experienced counsellors and therapists. Since 1995 they have offered individual counselling and psychotherapy for children, teenagers and adults, relationship counselling for couples, and professional supervision for those working in the helping professions. They work with a range of issues including relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, and provide both in-person and online sessions in a relaxed, comfortable setting.
