Nurture Kids

Nurture Kids is a locally owned and operated catering service in Auckland, established in 2017 by owners Frith Griggs and Kristin Burns. They deliver fresh, nutritionally designed meals daily to kindergartens, preschools, daycares, schools and holiday programmes across Auckland. Their purpose-built commercial kitchen in Avondale prepares meals using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. The team includes a Head Chef with a Bachelor of Food Science and Diploma of Cookery, and they specialise in allergy-friendly options and culturally appropriate menus for children.
