Otago Real Estate was founded in 1987 by Chris James and is now a family-owned boutique business managed by Nick James. Based in Moray Chambers, Dunedin, the team manages commercial, retail and residential properties across Dunedin, Queenstown and Arrowtown. Their portfolio includes over 110 commercial tenants and 50 residential tenancies, ranging from the wharf precinct to student accommodation. They maintain an in-house maintenance team and have restored several Heritage Category 1 and 2 properties to contemporary standards.
