Paparoa Experience

Paparoa Experience is a hapū owned attraction in Punakaiki on the West Coast, based at the Punangairi Visitor Centre. Its immersive Paparoa - A Hidden World Awaits, created in partnership with the Gibson Group, uses interactive technology to share the history, geology and Māori culture of Ngāti Waewae and the Paparoa National Park. The visitor centre also houses the Paparoa Conference Centre, a retail space and the Whare Taurikura Eatery.
