Planetarium North

Planetarium North offers evening public tours of the night sky from their facility in Whangarei. The planetarium show runs indoors regardless of weather, with optional telescope viewing available when conditions allow. Tours begin at 7pm sharp and accommodate up to 24 visitors. The venue also hosts group bookings of up to 100 people and includes a club room and observatory with professional telescopes. Bookings are essential for public tours, with a recommended minimum age of 8 years.
