Planscapes is a Nelson based consultancy specialising in resource management, land surveying and land development. Based at 94 Selwyn Place, they serve the top of the South Island. The team offers property development advice, assists with resource consents, prepares plan changes and submissions, and handles land subdivision, building set out and land development engineering design and construction supervision. They work with property owners, developers, corporates and local authorities on projects across both the natural and built environments.
