Pono Boxfit

Pono Boxfit is a South Auckland fitness movement founded by Willie Maipi and based in Māngere. Willie is a certified Boxfit Instructor, Personal Trainer and Health Coach who works with schools, sports clubs, workplaces, church groups and individuals, including those managing chronic illness. Running since 2018, Pono Boxfit offers group classes, personal coaching and community programs across Aotearoa and overseas, with a focus on confidence, resilience and cultural respect.
