Puke Ariki

Puke Ariki is Taranaki's knowledge hub in New Plymouth, bringing together a museum, libraries, a research centre, a visitor-information centre and a store. With extensive collections, it shares diverse stories to support learning for everyone, from playful discovery through to rigorous research. Puke Ariki is committed to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and works in partnership with Taranaki's hapū and iwi and the wider community. It is based at 1 Ariki Street.
