Rachel Knight Design

Hailing from the Far North, with whakapapa to the far south, I now call Pōneke home. I’m a Māori (Kāi Tahu, Kāti Māmoe, Waitaha) and Pākehā design researcher, facilitator and strategist with more than 10 years’ experience in design and social innovation. I’ve led research and co-design mahi across most for-good sectors in New Zealand. I’ve held governance roles, volunteered in community conservation groups, and worked in two agencies, local and central government, a charity, and a large business. Needless to say, I love diversity - and I draw on all of these experiences to help you navigate complexity and design a better world. Outside of mahi, you’ll find me with my hands in the dirt, my feet in the water, or my nose in a book.
