Rake Healing

Rake Healing, Team Building Tauranga Rake Healing Land Art by Kenrick Smith offers one-of-a-kind Team Building Tauranga experiences that combine creativity, mindfulness, and the beauty of nature. Designed for corporate teams, community groups, and organisations, these outdoor workshops invite participants to reconnect with each other and the natural world through the art of large-scale land creations. Set against Tauranga’s stunning coastal landscapes, each session provides a refreshing alternative to traditional indoor team-building activities. At the heart of Rake Healing is the concept of land art, using natural materials like sand, chalk, or earth to create intricate, temporary designs that encourage teamwork, focus, and flow. Led by artist and facilitator Kenrick Smith, participants collaborate to design and construct striking patterns in the landscape, developing communication, trust, and creativity in the process. As the artwork is shaped and eventually reclaimed by nature, teams experience a powerful lesson in adaptability, connection, and shared achievement. Kenrick’s Team Building Tauranga workshops are fully customisable to suit group size, goals, and setting. Whether on the beach, in a park, or on private land, every session is crafted to bring teams together in a calm, inspiring environment. The combination of artistic creation, mindful reflection, and group collaboration promotes resilience, problem-solving, and a renewed sense of unity among participants. Beyond the creative aspect, Rake Healing places strong emphasis on wellbeing, leadership, and emotional connection. These sessions help teams slow down, engage with nature, and appreciate the value of presence, a rare gift in fast-paced work environments. Businesses across the Bay of Plenty are increasingly choosing Rake Healing for its meaningful approach to Team Building Tauranga, where art becomes a bridge between people and purpose. For companies looking to inspire innovation, strengthen relationships, and build a more mindful workplace culture, Rake Healing Land Art provides an unforgettable experience. Kenrick Smith’s blend of artistry, facilitation, and environmental awareness makes his workshops stand out as a leading team-building experience in Tauranga, helping groups reconnect, refocus, and rediscover the power of collective creativity.
