Here at Refine Health we offer a wide range of services including Physiotherapy, acupuncture, muscle balance assessments, core stability training, yoga and pilates which enables us to create a tailored treatment solution to best suit each individual injury.

We understand that every patient is different. That’s why our physiotherapists put together tailored treatment plans designed specifically to meet our patient’s needs. As every patient is different; treatment times, the number of sessions required and the recovery time all varies based on the type of pain or injury you have. Your Physio will be able to answer these questions for you at your initial consultation.

At Refine Health  we strive to be the best that we can be and are continually expanding our knowledge to provide the highest quality of treatment possible. We pride ourselves on not just treating the area of pain, but looking beyond the symptoms to find and fix the underlying cause. We combine a hands-on approach with exercise prescription and education to empower our patients with the knowledge and ingredients to maintain a level of health and wellbeing long after the physical treatment has finished. Our aim is to prevent future injuries, minimise the number of treatments required and to maximise performance.
