Roastery Door

When COVID-19 gets out of the way, you'll find Paul back at our Hillside Road roastery on Thursday and Friday mornings, ready to serve up Hillside Road blend espresso or recommend some coffee to take home.

We roast interesting coffee beans on-site each week, and love it when you bring your own container for beans or fresh-ground coffee. Our bagged coffee packaging is compostable at home. In June 2019 we ditched disposable coffee cups so we ask that you BYO, or borrow from our cup library.
