Rüdi's Bakehouse

Rüdi's Bakehouse is an artisan bakery in Kirikiriroa Hamilton, offering handcrafted sourdough breads and pastries alongside coffee from Raglan roaster Coaster Coffee. Founded by Fern and Stefan, the business began in Whangamatā in 2021 after more than ten years abroad in France and the UK. Baking in small batches, they draw on tastes from their travels. In August 2023 they opened a permanent year-round bakery and retail space at Riverbank Lane on Victoria Street.
