Selective Construction Ltd

Selective Construction Ltd is a family-owned building company based in South Auckland. Since 2017 we have completed more than 100 renovations and 150 new homes.

Our focus is full home renovations, home extensions and substantial multi-room renovations, and we also build new homes. Alongside these we carry out builder-led kitchen and bathroom renovations, decks and fencing, retaining walls and concrete driveways, usually as part of a larger project.

We work across South, Central and East Auckland and Franklin, and consider North Shore projects individually.

We are members of New Zealand Certified Builders. Our credentials also include Licensed Building Practitioner (LBP) licensing, BCITO trade qualifications and Site Safe, and we carry public liability and contract works insurance. Eligible projects can be covered by the Halo 10-year residential guarantee.
