Shelley Bay Baker (Karori)

Shelly Bay Baker bakes sourdough breads, bagels, baguettes and pastries using natural ingredients and natural levains. Owner Sam Forbes established the bakery in 2017 and now operates from a purpose-built facility at 133A Park Road in Miramar that includes a bakery, flour mill and retail shop. They source organic New Zealand whole grains, mill them fresh in-house, and stock organic flours for home bakers. Shelly Bay Baker has multiple locations across Wellington.
