Shotokan Karate-do

Shotokan Karate-do is a Japanese traditional karate dojo in Whau, Auckland, affiliated with the Shotokan Karatedo International Federation (SKIF). They offer classes for juniors from age 5, youths and adults, with instruction from highly qualified Japanese karate teachers. The dojo emphasises proper technique, self-defence, fitness and the holistic development of body, mind and spirit. New members receive their first two lessons free.
