Smith & Sons Marlborough

Smith & Sons Marlborough is a family-run renovation and extension specialist led by James and Vicky Hill. Based in Blenheim, they work across the Marlborough region including the Sounds. The team designs, plans and constructs home extensions, second storey additions, home makeovers and handles villa restoration. They manage the full process from building consent through to completion, using qualified licensed tradespeople and local knowledge of council requirements and environmental conditions.
