Smokey T's

Smokey T's is a barbecue joint on Cashel Street in Christchurch. Owner and pitmaster Tristin Anderson, a former executive chef, serves 12 hour smoked brisket, 6 hour smoked pork belly and 2 hour smoked jerk chicken in tacos, burgers and platters, along with classic ribs and sides. The business offers dine-in and bookings, takeaways and deliveries, and vouchers. It won awards at the Christchurch hospitality awards in 2018, 2019 and 2020.
