Smok’n Comrades

A family-owned and operated authentic low-and-slow barbecue catering and food destination founded in 2018 by Renee and Craig. Inspired by "Meatstock" and competitive BBQ circuits, they specialise in authentic solid-fuel cooking using an American Lone Star Offset Smoker and an open Argentine Pit. Meats are slow-cooked anywhere from 2 to 13 hours to achieve tender, juicy results.
