Soul to Sole

My goal is to educate, empower and encourage you to make your own conscious choices about your health and well-being. I can help you create your own link with nature and see your body as a reflection of your consciousness. I work with various therapies and products which may help to nurture your health and restore total holistic well-being. The services I offer can be experienced individually or you can choose any combination. For example Podiatry followed by Reflexology or First Light® Flower Essence Therapy followed by Reflexology.
