Staley Cardoza Lawyers is a locally owned, boutique law firm. All our staff are presently working from home and well equipped to continue assisting clients in that way for as long as is required.

Susie Staley heads our property and commercial team and is your first port of call for business support during COVID-19. This may include leases, property transactions, employment and health and safety issues; as well as future planning for businesses and individuals in the areas of wills and enduring powers of attorney (which can now be executed remotely).

Rachel Cardoza heads our family law team, who can help to navigate the many other issues which may be adding to the stress of lockdown. These include separation, care and contact arrangements for children, personal safety issues, and questions about a loved one's ability to take care of themselves. Legal aid is available to qualifying clients for a number of these issues.
