Stones Throw Coaching Limited

Stones Throw Coaching is a Hawke's Bay-based coaching practice for accidental business owners. This is for you if you didn't set out to run a business. The business grew up around your skill, not around a plan. You're good at the work. But somewhere along the way you became responsible for people, decisions and a P&L you never trained for, and it feels like you're improvising most days. You've moved from being the only one in your business to being the bottleneck, and you need some help getting out of your own way. This is where Stones Throw works. On the gap between a person running a business and a business owner. Not theory, not a framework borrowed from a textbook. Real operational experience, applied to your business specifically. Three places the work usually lands: 1:1 business coaching. Consistent, gentle accountability for the things you already know you need to do but haven't. Three, six or twelve-month packages, built around your business, not a template. The Productivity Lab. A 12-week programme built on Boss Mode and Worker Mode, the difference between deciding and doing, and why your brain can't run both at once. For owners with plenty of ideas and not enough traction. Leadership and strategic clarity. For business owners and senior leaders who need the next stage mapped out and the team conversation that brings everyone along. Rebecca Stone leads the practice. Twenty-plus years in senior operational leadership before this, including manufacturing and agri-science, a Harvard Business School leadership qualification, and an ICF coaching credential to go with it. She's run businesses, not just coached them. First conversation is a free Clarity Call. No pitch. Either it's a fit, or you'll know what to look for instead.
