The Bale by Country Co.

The Bale by Country Co. is a café in Hautapu, Cambridge, run by local dairy farmers. Open Monday to Saturday, they prepare food from scratch daily in their bright, industrial space with indoor seating across two levels. They're known for homemade savoury and sweet items, a rotating daily cabinet, and a weekly brunch menu on Saturdays. Their coffee is roasted locally by Slow Coffee, and milk comes from nearby Kaipaki Milk in glass bottles. Bookings are welcome.
