Urban Sport

Urban Sport Gym is located in Birkenhead and offers Muay Thai, kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, circuit training and functional fitness. Classes run throughout the week for all ages and experience levels, from complete beginners to competitive fighters. The gym also offers strength and conditioning training and personal training sessions. Members train in a supportive environment with experienced coaches including head trainer Greg Nesbit.
