Vibra-Train

Vibra-Train is a vibration training studio in Hamilton offering sessions on commercial-grade equipment. A trainer works with you at every session to ensure correct body positioning and safety. The studio also offers body composition analysis, contour wrap, fat cavitation, radio frequency face treatment and Portervision services. All machines and mats are cleaned between clients, and the studio runs by appointment only. First sessions are free.
