Watercare

Watercare is a council-controlled organisation that supplies water and wastewater services to 1.4 million Aucklanders. We supply 326 million litres of water and treat 378 million litres of wastewater every day.

We work to ensure the Auckland of tomorrow and its people continue to enjoy dependable services by planning, constructing and delivering new water and wastewater infrastructure in a cost-efficient manner.

We also sponsor the Watercare Harbour Clean-Up Trust and run an education programme giving water and wastewater lessons to 7000 school children each year.
