Zula Lodge

The Zula Lodge is a friendly backpackers and group lodge set in wooded grounds near the Clutha River at Albert Town, just five minutes from the Wanaka lakefront. It sleeps up to 34 guests across family and dorm rooms, which makes it a good base for churches, schools, clubs, families and independent travellers.

Guests share a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious heated lounge with TV, acoustic piano and board games, a dining and barbeque area, and a large lawn. Linen and towels are provided, with WiFi, a drying room, free parking and wheelchair access on site. A grocery shop, tavern, cafe and laundromat are all just across the street, and world-class hikes, ski fields, biking trails and lake activities are only minutes away.
