Affinity Gymnastics Academy

Established and Incorporated in 2018, Affinity Gymnastics Academy was founded to serve the Selwyn District of Canterbury, New Zealand, following the publication of the Gymnastics New Zealand 2017 National Strategy, which acknowledged that there were no dedicated gymnastics facilities in the Region.

The founding members of Affinity Gymnastics Academy consist of a collection of individuals, including coaches, gymnasts and parents, who share the passion for not only gymnastics but also a desire to make the sport as accessible as possible to anyone within the community who wishes to participate.

Affinity Gymnastics Academy was founded with a vision to provide the Selwyn community with access to a high quality dedicated, artistic gymnastics facility and, through determination and perseverance, opened its doors to the community in October 2018 in I-zone, Rolleston.
