Gym Access: Our light-filled, natural gym space allows you to work out at your own pace in a friendly studio environment. We maintain a small membership to ensure personalised attention, and our experienced trainers are committed to rebalancing your body for lifelong strength, flexibility, and endurance.

Personal Training: In partnership with Jen Rice Fitness, our personal training focuses on restoring natural strength and mobility. Jen's team works with individuals of all ages and fitness levels to resolve pain, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility safely.
