Childspace Preschool

Childspace Preschool is a Birkenhead childcare centre established in 1988. They provide a programme mindfully planned and delivered in line with Te Whaariki. Children learn through their own interests and play, with teacher-led experiences in literacy and numeracy woven throughout the day. The centre works with mixed-age groups, where younger children learn from older peers. They aim for each child to leave as a confident, competent individual with a love of learning.
